I've been some other things.
An actor, curious about why people make the choices they do. A bookseller, curious about how data can help design a store ecosystem. A project manager, curious about what processes can be improved by effective collaboration. As a person, I'm curious and so I love to learn. That curiosity not only brought me to UX, but has guided me through years of designing experiences that matter.
I'm an ecosystem-oriented designer who understands that in complex products, every design decision creates ripples. I apply my empathy, market understanding, and experience with users across web and mobile platforms to design solutions that don't just solve problems - they strengthen the entire product ecosystem. When strategic decisions need to be made, I bring both the 'why' questions and the insights to help answer them.
So basically: getting in other people's heads (actor), data analysis (bookseller), organizing processes and procedures so they're intuitive (project manager), and crafting all of those pieces into thoughtfully designed experiences that work for everyone involved.
When I'm not working you'll probably find me cooking, spoiling my dog, or buried in a book.
Let's talk design, user problems, and what's next on your reading list.
